Great and obliging staff here with excellent customer service. Double room is fantastic, has a particularly good bathroom. Our hotel is set in a central location so close to Apollo for eating in facilities, and Queensland.

Quite comfortable experience, the hotel is superior with absolutely perfect location in a quiet part of town. Location close to the pub and shopping centre, a great cafe and the shops.

The room was sparkling clean with nice linens. the food was sensational with complimentary biscuits and coffee for morning tea. the warm welcome from the cheerful manager with a nice smile was a bonus. It was in an ideal location, easy to find, and walking distance to all venues. the kitchen facilities were good, which made it an excellent option for an extended stay.

My daughter-in-law's bed was hard but mine was just fine. the ironing board was too small for evening clothes to be ironed, and there was not enough room for clothes for a night out.

The room was really clean and the bed was very comfortable. We loved the location because it was close to all the restaurants and shops in town. Plus, the staff was super helpful and gave us great recommendations on things to do in the area.

The walls were really thin and we could hear everything going on outside and in the neighboring rooms. We also had some issues with noisy guests late at night, which made it hard to sleep.
